Capital Improvement Advisory Committee / Impact Fee Update

The City of Montgomery Planning & Zoning Commission serves as the city's Capital Improvement Advisory Committee charged with reviewing and proposing updates to the city's water and wastewater Impact Fees.  The city is currently updating Impact Fees.  More information can be found in the PDF documents below.

The City Council will hold a Public Hearing on May 28, 2024 to receive public comments and input on the proposed Impact Fee Update.
