Finance Office

The Finance Office prepares all budgets and manages the investment of City funds and municipal bonds; maintains reports of all sales tax revenues, franchise tax revenues, and debt service schedules; oversees the risk management and employment policies; and researches and prepares all financial and budget reports for the Mayor, City Council and Department Directors.
