Campaign Finance Reports

In compliance with H.B. 2626 (88th Legislature), all political subdivisions must post campaign Finance reports online.  The reports will be posted within 10 business days of receipt and remain on this page for five (5) years after the report is first made available.  

Subject to Section 552.117 of the Texas Government Code (Texas Public Information Act), the current Officeholder's home address and home telephone number are excepted from disclosure.  And, in accordance with Sections 552.024 and 552.1175 of the Texas Government Code, this same information is excepted from disclosure for individuals such as current or former officials of a government body who have filed a Public Access Form with the City Secretary.
