Nicole Minter

Nicole has been with the City of Montgomery since November 2021. This is her first Public Works job, but had worked for Fort Bend County in the past so is no stranger to the public sector. Her favorite food and drink is "a puffy taco and I only drink water".  She enjoys playing with her dog when she is not at work. One thing you might not know about Nicole is that  she does not consider herself as having any cooking skills since she is married to a chef. However, people all over the world including business executives, athletes, and royalty refer to her breakfast burritos as "World Famous". The Public Works boys would probably be up to a taste test challenge if needed. One thing on Nicole's bucket list is to visit Italy.
